I wrote the music and lyrics for VEGAS in less than ten minutes one day after catching the cover of the namesake Crystal Method CD out of the corner of my eye. The song narrates the gamble of love in an odd meter as Ann Klein drives the throbbing rhythm on her Telecaster, and James Maddock wrests out a muscular solo that points the listeners to the song's careening finish.
